TobyMac not only is a Christian rapper but he is also a husband and father. He and his wife ,Amanda, already had one little boy ,truett, but they wanted more. So, every mourning ,for 30 days, they prayed together for twins. On the 5th day of prayer, a lady at their church came up to them and said," I don't know if you would be interested in adoption ,but there are these twins that need a home". So in about 2 weeks they had a set of newborn twins. They had a boy and a girl. There names were Moses and Marlee. The song ,"burn for you", was written to show his emotions after adopting the twins.
